Marketing and Business Development Team Support (12 months)
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting role which is an integral part of the UK, Ireland & Middle Marketing & Business Development Team. This role will support MBD Team in variety of marketing and business development activities.
This role is a 12 months fixed term civil contract. Minimum availability is 32 hours weekly.
As this role supports UK region please note that it requires operating within UK time-zone therefore working hours are from 10 am – 6 pm
This role operates in Hybrid working model requiring DBSE Warsaw office presence 1-2 times a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining BD systems and information: keeping Radar opportunities and pitch records up to date; uploading and maintaining credentials; updating mailing lists and contact information; making agreed website content changes; and supporting the accuracy and upkeep of other core BD systems and databases.
- Maintaining core BD and marketing materials: updating Corporate brochures, pitch templates, credentials materials, trackers and other standard team resources; ensuring information is current and correctly formatted; and helping to keep shared folders and materials organised and easy for the team to access.
- Pitch and proposal administration: supporting the administration of pitches and proposals, including setting up folders and templates, collating relevant credentials and team information, carrying out internal searches for experience and other supporting information, undertaking conflict/relationship or other internal checks as required, and keeping pitch trackers and Radar records updated.
- Meeting and team administration: supporting the organisation of partner, client and BD meetings, including scheduling meetings, preparing and collating materials, circulating agendas or papers where required, and capturing/following up administrative actions.
- Legal directory support: providing administrative support for Chambers, Legal 500 and other directory submissions, including setting up submission folders and templates, collating previous submissions and supporting information, maintaining trackers, helping to coordinate referee/contact information and undertaking relevant internal research.
- General day-to-day BD support: providing responsive administrative support across the Corporate BD team, including document formatting, information gathering, maintaining trackers and records, coordinating materials and helping with other routine BD activity as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills
- English C1
- Working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
- Ability to maintain clear record-keeping systems including databases
