Marketing and Client Growth Executive

Key Responsibilities

Marketing – Digital & Traditional

• Plan and manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and technical SEO.

• Manage SEM and paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation and budget monitoring.

• Coordinate website updates, landing pages and content to support marketing and business objectives.

• Support traditional marketing activities where required.

• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements based on results.

Client Engagement & Sales

• Research potential clients and understand their business needs.

• Engage prospective clients through a consultative approach and develop professional relationships.

• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to client onboarding.

• Prepare proposals and present AdCendes' services to prospective clients.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and provide additional services where relevant.

Project Ownership

• Manage assigned projects from planning through completion.

• Prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects according to deadlines.

• Make appropriate decisions within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

• Monitor project progress and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes.

• Work with relevant team members to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Relevant experience or knowledge in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM and website fundamentals.

• Experience in client-facing or account management work is an advantage.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Good organisational and project management skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned work.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
