Job Description: We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing and Communication Coordinator to develop and implement marketing strategies that will enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and promotional materials.
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website.
- Coordinate and promote events, special offers, and new services.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and community partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience with AI based tools is a plus.
