As a Marketing and Leasing Executive (Real Industry Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end leasing operations for assigned luxury residential properties, from initial enquiry to unit handover.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with appointed property agents and prospective tenants, understanding their lifestyle needs, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable units.

• Manage the entire leasing process, including property viewings, rental negotiations, lease agreements, contract documentation, and unit handovers and takeovers.

• Ensure compliance with lease terms and covenants, safeguard landlords’ interests, and conduct regular property inspections to uphold the highest standards of quality and maintenance.

• Monitor competing waterfront developments, rental rates, leasing incentives, and market trends to develop strategies that enhance property visibility and leasing performance.

• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant enquiries, feedback, and concerns to enhance tenant satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and encourage referrals.

• Support residential sales activities, assist with project launches, and execute digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, property photography, and social media management.

• Identify and implement AI solutions, automation tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms to improve customer engagement, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience in residential property leasing, sales, property marketing or a related field.
