Marketing and Social Media Executive

Our client is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing and Social Media Executive who enjoys creating content, exploring new ideas, and finding ways to grow brand awareness and patient engagement.

If you enjoy filming, editing, and turning everyday moments into engaging content, this role is for you.

Job Scope:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote dental services and reach new audiences
• Develop creative content ideas, including short-form videos, educational posts and promotional materials
• Manage social media accounts and keep content fresh, relevant and engaging
• Manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and monitor results to improve performance and reach
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, posters, e-newsletters and clinic visuals
• Coordinate community outreach activities, partnerships and promotional events
• Work with clinic managers and dental professionals to develop content that supports business goals

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience
• Strong content creation, copywriting and social media management skills
• Creative, resourceful and comfortable turning ideas into engaging content
• Able to manage tasks independently while working well with a team
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to feedback

Bonus:

• Experience creating short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels
• Familiar with Canva, video editing tools or social media analytics
• Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
• You already create content on your own social media platforms
• Creative, resourceful, and not afraid to try new ideas

📍 Work Location : Clarke Quay

💼 Working Hours: 5.5-day work week (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm)

💰 Salary : $3,300 to $3,600
