Job Description

• Position Title: Marketing Assistant
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + Performance Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist with lead generation, market research, and identification of potential customers.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM and internal databases.
• Prepare marketing materials, reports, presentations, and campaign-related documentation.
• Analyse basic sales and marketing data to track campaign performance and market trends.
• Coordinate with sales teams on marketing initiatives and customer outreach activities.
• Support email marketing, events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Handle administrative and coordination duties for the marketing team.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant marketing experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, Power BI, or data analysis tools is advantageous.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
