We are a vibrant, busy, and growing full-service law firm looking to add a Marketing Assistant to support marketing, communications, events, business development, and brand-building initiatives in our White Plains office.


Successful Candidate

A self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail is essential for this position. Must have strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work professionally with attorneys, staff, vendors, clients, and firm leadership. The successful candidate must be a true team player genuinely interested in working in a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.


The candidate will provide administrative and marketing support to the White Plains team and serve as a liaison to the Marketing Team. Responsibilities will include assisting with marketing materials, presentations, announcements, events, conferences, seminars, sponsorships, community activities, attorney rankings, awards, directory submissions, social media, research, and other projects designed to support the firm’s brand and business-development efforts. The candidate will help track projects, deadlines, and deliverables, maintain consistency in firm branding and messaging, and provide general administrative support to the Marketing and Business Office as needed.


What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, administrative, or related professional experience preferred.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
  • Superb writing, proofreading, and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks in an effective manner.
  • Collaborative with a can-do attitude and the ability to communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of business professionals, including firm leadership and colleagues across departments, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to learn new technology and software quickly.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.


Salary: $55k-$65k
