Ansell is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Product Data team!
The Marketing Assistant is a valued member of the North American (NA) and Latin American/Caribbean (LAC) regional Customer Marketing teams. The primary function of this role is to provide an unparalleled online browsing experience for our industrial end users by ensuring the relevancy, accuracy, and completeness of product content displayed on the front end of distributor e-commerce platforms by using Salsify to manage product data integration. This role ensures that product enrichment data, containing all required product attributes and images needed by end users to make informed online purchasing decisions, is proactively updated several times throughout the year for all major distributors. The role works closely with Channel Sales and Customer Marketing to deliver timely information to distributors, as well as with internal IT teams to stay up to date with ERP software, product information systems, data management systems, and retail content management systems needed to execute responsibilities with excellence.

What will your role be?
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the product enrichment schedule and processing requests using the Salsify product data management tool for key channel partners.
Ensures data quality, including completeness, timeliness, consistency, and accuracy, for each request, working in collaboration with the Channel Manager and Marketing Manager.
Analyzes and audits product data outputs to identify gaps, errors, or inconsistencies across data channels. Manually corrects issues or coordinates corrective actions needed to resolve them.
Processes image requests according to distributor requirements.
Works closely with designated customers to ensure product enrichment files contain all attributes requested by distributors and are delivered in the distributor's preferred template.
Delivers a monthly product data master file utilizing Salsify, which includes all relevant product information for channel partner setup.
Leads monthly report outs with key stakeholders within the Ansell customer organizations on an on-going basis
Work with cross-functional teams on relevant product data projects (including sales, marketing, product data etc.)
Provides general marketing execution and administrative support as needed.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Job Experience
1-2 years of relevant marketing experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
General knowledge of the Salsify Product Information Management (PIM) platform.
General understanding of B2B e-commerce processes.
General knowledge of data architecture, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Retail Content Management (RCM) systems.
Strong planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Job Competencies
Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new software systems to be proficient in role.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects for multiple requestors and deliver as promised.
Able to build trust and engage with all levels of management both internally and externally.
A self-starter that can work independently.
