We are a 24-hour wellness and lifestyle establishment offering spa, dining, entertainment, and relaxation services. We are looking for friendly, proactive individuals who enjoy working with people and creating positive guest experiences. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in coordinating KOL collaborations and content marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the entire process from influencer sourcing and outreach to negotiation, execution, and follow-up, while also supporting visual content creation and social media operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, contact and manage KOLs and influencers on Instagram, XiaoHongShu (小红书), TikTok/Douyin (抖音) and other platforms.
- Negotiate collaborations, coordinate content schedules and track KOL performance.
- Develop business partnerships with corporate clients, nearby businesses and other brands.
- Conduct client visits, introduce company services and follow up on potential collaborations.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive events and marketing activities.
- Design social media posters, promotional materials and marketing content using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Manage social media postings, content updates and audience engagement.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports.
- Perform other marketing duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese to coordinate with English- and Chinese-speaking KOLs.
- Familiar with Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, illustrator or similar design tools.
- Creative, proactive and willing to approach potential business partners.
- Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Able to support marketing events during weekends, public holidays or outside regular working hours when required.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Relevant marketing, sales or business development experience is an advantage.
