Marketing Assistant – Immediate Start

Pawfect Shine is seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing Assistant to support local customer outreach and promotional activities in our New York location. This is an immediate-start, entry-level position for someone who enjoys interacting with people, representing a local business, and supporting customer-focused marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with local promotional activities for Pawfect Shine services
• Represent the company at approved community and promotional activities
• Speak with customers and community members about available services
• Provide accurate information about grooming services and appointment options
• Distribute approved company materials and promotional information
• Help organize promotional materials and supplies
• Assist with in-person customer outreach activities
• Support local promotional events and community activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn
• Comfortable working around dogs and pet owners
• Must be available to work on-site in New York, NY
• Immediate availability preferred
