We are looking for an ambitious and talented Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team and help shape both our short- and long-term marketing strategies.

【Responsibilities & Job Description】
Reporting directly to the Taiwan General Manager and the Head of Marketing & Digital at Headquarters, you will lead the regional marketing team in Taiwan. You will drive omnichannel marketing initiatives and brand development projects, covering customer acquisition, customer retention, and the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns.

As a data-driven professional, you are naturally curious about customer behavior and key purchase drivers. You will lead and continuously optimize the omnichannel customer journey and customer touchpoints to improve customer engagement and maximize conversion rates.

This role requires close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including the Taiwan team and Headquarters. You will also manage external partners, such as advertising platforms, AdTech companies, and media agencies. In addition, you will continuously evaluate emerging media channels, technologies, and marketing trends, providing strategic insights to help the company maintain its industry-leading position in digital marketing and related marketing disciplines.

【Core Responsibilities】

• Maximize ROI: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing investments across all channels to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This includes campaign execution, website content management, in-store visual merchandising for new product launches and promotional campaigns, banner advertising, and overall content creation.
• Mall Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping mall management teams to facilitate marketing campaigns and cross-industry collaborations.
