• Develop and execute marketing strategies for food and beverage products and services to drive market growth
• Forecast food and beverage demand accurately to support operational planning and budgeting processes
• Apply sales costing, pricing, and margin management techniques to optimize product profitability
• Lead and supervise the marketing team to meet defined business goals and enhance team performance
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to align team objectives and improve sales outcomes
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and kitchen teams to coordinate efforts that support business growth
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and maintain brand standards
