Marketing Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for generating client leads. Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Salary range: $47000 - $57000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement targeted marketing and communications efforts. Coordinate work flows across multiple platforms to reach both internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage website content. Collaborate on the development of engaging and informative content, ensuring consistent tone and perspective.

• Collaborate across departments and throughout the organization to develop content and manage efforts to meet goals.

• Assist in all projects and initiatives that are a result of the marketing team.

• Assists with special events coordination and planning.

• Exceeding weekly goals both as an individual and as a team

• Relationship building with current and prospective clients

• Effectively executing marketing campaigns

• Excellent writing skills and general communications (speaking, etc.) skills

• Detail-oriented and commitment to producing high-quality work and maximizing resources

• Experience in coordinating time-sensitive projects and proven ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent data manipulation and analytical skills

• Positive attitude, professional, courteous demeanor, strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others in a dynamic working environment
