JOB DESCRIPTION

• Dive straight into real marketing projects — supporting the creation of compelling marketing materials, campaign plans, and client proposals from day one
• Be the friendly, professional voice of the brand by assisting the team in responding to client and audience enquiries across email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Keep marketing operations sharp by maintaining and updating databases, CRM systems, and campaign tracking tools with accuracy
• Connect the dots between meetings, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure marketing initiatives move forward without a hitch
• Get hands-on with data by preparing campaign reports and reviewing engagement metrics to understand what drives marketing performance
• Organise and manage marketing documents, visual assets, and branding materials so the team always has what they need at their fingertips
• Play an active role in bringing campaigns to life — from coordinating promotions to distributing content across multiple channels
• Grow your marketing toolkit every day by providing both administrative and creative support to a dynamic, fast-moving team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• A creative thinker who loves trying new things
