Pioneer Bank has a tremendous opportunity within our Marketing Department!

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be part of a strong organizational culture that celebrates success and provides strong opportunities for growth and development to all employees. You will work alongside experienced bankers who will offer insights to help you better understand the important role marketing plays in the financial industry. You will assist the Marketing Team in building awareness, credibility, service and trust in the communities we serve.

Important day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assist with social media development and management.
• Support the VP of Marketing and Marketing Specialist with business development programs that can include event preparation, branded material ordering and distribution, mailings, database management and progress tracking.
• Assist with branded materials, branded clothing and supplies management for internal employee use and business development purposes.
• Enhance internal graphics library for advertisements, sponsorships, promotions and events.
• Assist with enhancement of website and brochure content consistency, quality and presentation.
• Complete Analysis of all marketing, gives and public recognition plans, events and campaigns to assess return on investment for each campaign or activity.
