Marketing Assistant

Assistant at Wall Street English, you will support the execution of marketing
initiatives and day-to-day marketing activities across the country. Reporting
directly to the Marketing Manager, your role will focus on assisting with brand
visibility initiatives, supporting lead generation activities, contributing to
student acquisition efforts, and ensuring marketing actions are aligned with
the company’s growth objectives.
Key
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of online marketing
activities, including SEO, SEM, inbound marketing, content creation, lead
nurturing, PR coordination, and brand reputation support.
- Support offline marketing initiatives, such as site
marketing, events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
- Help implement monthly, quarterly, and annual
marketing campaigns to support enrollments and business KPIs.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign
performance, and lead conversion data to support optimization efforts.
- Assist in monitoring marketing budgets, tracking
expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Support the management of social media channels,
website content, and blogs, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and
guidelines.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and
media outlets as directed by the Marketing Manager.
- Support the localization and execution of global Wall
Street English marketing campaigns for the local market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead
quality, follow-up processes, and conversion objectives.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role, preferably
within international organizations, education providers, or marketing agencies.
Education
Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related
field required.
Skills &
Competencies
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns from
planning through execution and reporting.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing
tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics
tools (experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is an advantage).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset to support
performance tracking and reporting.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of a premium
education brand in Dubai.
Languages
Fluency in English
required; Arabic is an advantage.
