About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Associate to drive customer acquisition and business growth in Abakaliki.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s products and services
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Conduct field marketing and customer engagement activities
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Execute marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events
- Meet monthly customer acquisition and revenue targets
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors
- Prepare regular activity reports
- Represent the company professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the Abakaliki market is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must reside in Abakaliki or be willing to relocate
