Marketing Associate

Locations: Isolo, Agege, Ikoyi - Lagos, Ilorin - Kwara, Benin City - Edo, Awka / Nnewi - Anambra, Enugu, Ekiti, and Warri - Delta

Key Responsibilities

Market and promote retail banking products and services.
Acquire new customers and open new accounts.
Drive deposit mobilization and revenue generation.
Carry out cheque pick-ups and revenue collection activities.
Prepare call memos and target market lists.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding the bank's products and services.
Reactivate dormant accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
Assist customers with loan request documentation.
Promote electronic banking products and services.
Maintain accurate records and submit activity reports as required.
Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the Relationship Manager or Business Manager.

Requirements

B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline.
Previous sales, marketing, or banking experience is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer service orientation.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of banking products and services.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Proficiency in computer applications and banking systems.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary
N215,000 net monthly. Compensation& Benefits
