About the Opportunity

In your role as Marketing Associate, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and communications activities that contribute to the Home Care business goals.

Working closely with the broader marketing team, you will assist in campaign execution, content development, project coordination, reporting and stakeholder support.

This role reports to the Marketing Manager Home Care and works closely with marketing, communications, digital and creative specialists to deliver high quality marketing outcomes.

This is a permanent position based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities.

What you will be doing

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and communications activities

  • Contribute to the marketing components of mandatory and legislative projects, taking the time to build a strong working knowledge of the organisation’s operations, processes, and challenges

  • Develop marketing materials to support business growth and customer experience, including email communications, website content, brochures, presentations and collateral

  • Write clear marketing briefs and liaise with internal creative teams to deliver high quality marketing and communications assets

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners and business stakeholders and provide regular updates as required

  • Contribute to and uphold the reputation of the marketing team as a knowledgeable, collaborative and highly valued business partner

  • At times it might be required to work outside the Home Care portfolio to work on other business critical initiatives

About you

  • Eager to be part of HammondCare’s mission to improve quality of life for people in need

  • Tertiary qualified (completed or in progress), ideally with a major in Marketing or Communications

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role

  • Experience in the not-for-profit, health, or aged care sectors, or similar (highly regarded)

  • Understanding of marketing principles across digital and traditional channels

  • Experience supporting campaign delivery and content development

  • Ability to interpret basic marketing performance data and reports

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms

  • Highly developed project coordination and organisational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
