Role Overview
Harvest International School is looking for a Marketing
Associate to support end-to-end execution of on-ground and offline marketing
initiatives, working closely with the Marketing Head to drive admissions and
brand visibility across campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan
and execute BTL (Below-The-Line) activities including school roadshows,
exhibitions, community outreach, and local area marketing
- Drive
Apartment Activations — coordinate with RWAs/facility managers, set up
stalls/kiosks, manage on-ground teams, and track lead generation from
residential communities
- Coordinate
corporate tie-ups and partnership activations for brand visibility
- Support
planning and execution of school events (open houses, admission fairs,
MindFrame-type flagship events) — logistics, vendor coordination, and
on-ground supervision
- Liaise
with external vendors and agencies (print, signage, branding collateral,
event setups) to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Track
and report activation performance — footfalls, leads generated, conversion
feed into admissions
- Assist
in creating and distributing marketing collaterals (flyers, banners,
standees) for offline campaigns
- Manage
local marketing budgets and vendor invoicing/documentation
- Support
digital/social media team with content for on-ground activity coverage
when required
- Maintain
a calendar of BTL activities aligned with the admissions cycle and
campus-specific goals
Requirements
- 2–4
years of experience in BTL marketing, field marketing, or on-ground
activations (education, real estate, FMCG, or retail background preferred)
- Prior
experience with apartment/community activations strongly preferred
- Strong
vendor management and negotiation skills
- Willingness
to travel across Bangalore campuses and activation sites regularly
- Proficiency
in MS Office/Google Workspace; basic reporting skills
- Excellent
coordination, on-ground execution, and communication skills
- Two-wheeler/own
transport preferred for site visits
