Description

About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team and help bring our brand, products, and campaigns to life. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, curious, creative, and excited to work across a variety of marketing initiatives.

You’ll partner closely with the broader marketing team to support campaigns, content, events, social, partnerships, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is someone who can move quickly, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and has strong attention to detail — while also bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What You'll Do

  • Drive our email marketing. Write and build newsletters, fund updates, market commentary, and product announcements. Help us increase both the volume and quality of what we send.
  • Keep email on a steady cadence. Plan and maintain the email calendar so investors and advisors hear from us consistently, and test subject lines, formats, and timing to improve results.
  • Be a right hand across marketing. Support whatever the team needs day to day, from tracking deadlines and keeping projects moving to jumping on new initiatives as priorities shift.
  • Assist with content creation across social, web, and other marketing channels.
  • Help manage social media calendars and coordinate content publishing.
  • Support event planning, logistics, and post-event marketing.
  • Manage the compliance workflow. Route content through compliance review, incorporate feedback, and make sure required disclosures are in place.
  • Support reporting on email, social, and campaign performance, and use what you learn to improve the next round.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of marketing experience in asset management, ETFs, wealth management, or financial services
  • A solid understanding of ETFs and investment products, and the ability to explain them clearly to different audiences
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing content within FINRA and SEC compliance requirements
  • Strong writing skills, especially for email; please share samples of your work
  • An excellent communicator and listener who asks good questions, takes feedback well, and turns input into strong work
  • A self-starter who spots what needs doing and runs with it, without waiting to be told
  • Highly organized, with sharp attention to detail
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting/ managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Reddit
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana
  • Experience marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, or retail investors
