Position Summary

The Marketing Automation Manager supports Chubb Benefits/Combined by building, executing, and optimizing automated communications that help deliver clear, timely, and effective benefits messaging. This mid-level role partners with marketing, content, operations, and business stakeholders to build campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and reporting across a range of benefits-related communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, review-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage automated communications and workflows within the MOD ecosystem for Chubb Benefits/Combined sales teams
  • Segment audiences and support personalized messaging for benefits, enrollment, and related communications
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align automation efforts with business goals, timelines, and approval processes
  • Monitor automation and site performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and effectiveness
  • Maintain data quality, list hygiene, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage day-to-day use of marketing automation platforms and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Support lead nurturing, email marketing, and lifecycle communication programs related to benefits offerings
  • Create reports and share insights on performance, audience engagement, and process improvements
  • Contribute to testing, optimization, and workflow enhancements
  • Stay current on marketing automation best practices, tools, and trends relevant to benefits communications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, review-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting benefits communications, enrollment campaigns, or insurance-related marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM integration, lead management, campaign reporting, A/B testing, segmentation, and journey mapping
  • Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment
