Our marketing team is growing. Alongside colleagues focused on content/social and UX/website design, we're looking for a third working student to take ownership of the technical and performance aspects of our marketing: keeping the website running and improving it, building out digital campaigns, and helping us reach healthcare professionals across Europe and beyond.
You'll work hands-on from day one, with room to test ideas and see the results.
What you'll do

Maintain lists and segmentation, and report on open, click, and conversion rates

Set up and manage paid campaigns on relevant platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support with audience targeting, ad variants, and budget monitoring
Pull together simple performance reports and suggest optimizations
What you bring
Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, ideally in marketing, communication, business, digital media, or something related - but we care more about interest than subject
A good understanding of digital marketing tools and channels, especially relevant social media and paid advertising
Structured and reliable - you'll own deadlines
English speaker at a professional level
Nice to have, not required: experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, or WordPress; understanding of SEO; basic coding knowledge.
What we offer
15-20 hours per week, with flexible hours to accommodate your studies and exams
Free transportation ("pendlerkort") to our office in Birkerød at Banevænget 13, located right next to the train station
A friendly, less hierarchical, and collaborative work environment where we are all working together with a common goal
Option to gain practical experience in international marketing and communications in the MedTech sector
Competitive salary and the chance to make a significant impact in a growing company
