Your Tasks
- End-to-end setup and execution of marketing events in the marketing automation platform (Marketo)
- Utilize event programs, registration pages, forms, confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-up campaigns Configure webinars and virtual event integrations (e.g. ON24, Marketo)
- Build smart campaigns, triggers, and workflows for event registrations, attendance, cancellations, and post-event engagement
- Manage attendee lists, segmentation, and event-related database hygiene Coordinate with marketing, field marketing, and event teams to ensure timely event launches
- Coordinate with Events team and Bp‘s, marketing, and event teams to ensure timely event launchest
- Monitor event registrations and troubleshoot automation or integration issues
- Support execution of E-mail campaigns and nurture programs when required. Maintain database quality, segmentation, and lead lifecycle processes
- Ensure GDPR compliance, consent management, and marketing automation best practices
Your Qualifications
- A completed degree, e.g., a degree in one of the following fields (marketing, journalism and communication studies, or similar)
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Marketo experience
- Strong expertise in event and webinar program setup
- Experience with Smart Campaigns, Forms, Landing Pages, Tokens, and Program Templates
- Familiarity with webinar integrations (ON24, Marketo)
- Good understanding of email marketing, nurture campaigns, and lead management
- Knowledge of database management, segmentation, and GDPR
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent project coordination abilities
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment preferred
- Marketo certification is an advantage
- Fluent English & German communication skills

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at €40,000 for full-time employment (40 hours). Compensation is based on the Information & Consulting Collective Bargaining Agreement, with the possibility of a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
