Marketing & BD Partner (Freelance)

Position: Business Development & Marketing Partner
Engagement: Freelance / Independent Contractor
Contract Duration: 6 months, renewable by mutual agreement
Working Commitment: Approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
Remuneration: Commission-based
Transport: Reimbursement of pre-approved local business travel expenses
Location: Singapore / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, including SMEs, startups, schools, eldercare centres and corporate organisations.

• Generate business leads, arrange client meetings and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.

• Promote Resource Impactz's HR consultancy, compliance, employee engagement, corporate events, training and business support services.

• Build strategic partnerships and maintain professional client relationships.

• Support marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking activities and promotional initiatives. Attend networking session

• Coordinate proposals, quotations and follow-ups with the founder.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports.
  

Performance Expectations

The partner is expected to dedicate approximately 10–15 hours per week towards business development and marketing activities, with flexibility to manage their own schedule.

Performance will be evaluated based on qualified leads, client meetings, successful conversions, revenue generated and strategic partnerships established.

Commission & Payment

• Commission will be based on successfully secured business, according to a mutually agreed commission schedule.

• Commission will become payable following receipt of the relevant client payment, subject to the agreed terms.

• CPF will be contributed based on the commission earned

• Any commission entitlement for repeat business, renewals or contracts extending beyond the freelance engagement must be agreed in writing.

Local Transport Support

Resource Impactz LLP will reimburse reasonable, pre-approved local transport expenses incurred for official client meetings and business development activities, subject to supporting receipts and company guidelines.

Contract Renewal

The initial contract will be for six months, with the option to renew based on performance, business needs and mutual agreement.

Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

The freelance partner must maintain confidentiality of client information, pricing, business strategies and company records, and comply with applicable data protection requirements.

The partner must not commit Resource Impactz LLP to any pricing, contractual obligations or client deliverables without prior authorisation.
