  • Coordinate marketing efforts surrounding conferences, recruitment events, and community engagement opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to maximize visibility, lead generation, and engagement before, during, and after conferences and events.
  • Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and expand market reach.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

  • Manage and maintain website content while ensuring a consistent user experience and brand presence.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data and industry best practices.
  • Support digital advertising, email marketing, and social media initiatives.

Brand Management & Creative Design:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Campus brand across all internal and external communications.
  • Design and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Create graphics and visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Design and manage branded apparel, promotional merchandise, and event materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand standards to ensure consistency across all platforms and communications.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to produce creative solutions that support organizational goals.

Project Management & Collaboration:

  • Manage multiple creative and marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, brand resources, and creative templates.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and higher education best practices.

Other Duties:
