Marketing & Business Development Manager - Law Firm

Our local law firm client is seeking a hands-on Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead the firm’s marketing and BD function. This role combines strategic planning with execution, covering business development, content creation, legal directory submissions, media relations and client events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.

• Manage pitches, proposals, client relationships and growth initiatives.

• Create marketing content across digital platforms and communications channels.

• Oversee legal directory submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500, as well as award entries.

• Plan and manage client events, seminars and webinars.

• Maintain the firm’s brand, website, budget and marketing operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, BD or communications, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.

• Proven experience in pitches, legal directory submissions and event management.

• Strong writing, editing, digital marketing and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite and CRM experience are advantages.
