Position Summary
The Marketing & Business Development Specialist will lead efforts to promote D-POM, LLC/PGIC, Inc.’s services, strengthen referral relationships, identify growth opportunities, and enhance visibility throughout the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase referrals and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community agencies, schools, and other potential referral sources.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Manage social media presence and promotional content (when applicable).
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent D-POM, LLC/PGIC, Inc. at networking and community events (when applicable).
- Track outreach, referrals, and marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 2 years of marketing, outreach, business development, or sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
