As a Marketing Campaign Manager at Simpson Associates, you will play a central role in driving awareness, demand and pipeline growth for our data-led SaaS products and industry-specific solutions. Working at the intersection of marketing, sales and product, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end, digital-first B2B campaigns that bring our use cases to life for clearly defined audiences.

Responsibilities
Skills- Strong campaign management skills, with the ability to plan, execute and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns end to end.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, particularly within a B2B context (email, web, paid media, webinars, exhibitions, content).
- 30Hubspot experience would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, report on ROI and turn insight into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex or technical propositions.
- Commercially minded, with a clear focus on outcomes, impact and return on investment.
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Curious and proactive, with a desire to test, learn and continuously improve.
- Collaborative and confident, comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, SMEs and external partners.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, changing environment.
- Proven experience in a campaign management or similar B2B marketing role, ideally within technology, SaaS, data or professional services.
- At least 3-5 years marketing experience, and ideally 1-2 years in a campaign management related role.
- Experience delivering digital-first campaigns aligned to lead generation, pipeline or revenue objectives.
- Experience developing sector- or use‑case‑led messaging rather than purely brand-led activity.
- Demonstrable experience of campaign reporting, performance measurement and ROI analysis.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing activity to commercial goals.
Requirements
Campaign Strategy & Planning- Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities, with a particular focus on data-driven SaaS products and sector-specific solutions (e.g. public sector, education, health, legal).
- Translate product features and technical capabilities into compelling, use‑case‑led campaign propositions for defined audiences and buyer personas.
- Develop clear campaign plans covering objectives, target segments, value proposition, messaging, channels, timelines, budgets and success measures.
- Design and lead the execution of digital-first, multi-channel campaigns, including email, web, paid media, webinars, content programmes and social media, ensuring consistency of message and brand.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, SMEs) and external agencies to produce campaign assets such as landing pages, email journeys, webinars and thought leadership content.
- Ensure campaigns are correctly configured within marketing automation and CRM platforms to support targeted delivery, lead capture and nurturing.
- Create and manage campaigns tailored to specific industries and customer challenges, ensuring messaging is rooted in real-world outcomes, value and impact rather than generic product promotion.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to align campaigns to priority sectors, live opportunities and in‑market products.
- Define, track and report on campaign performance, including lead volumes, lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, cost per lead and overall ROI.
- Produce clear, actionable performance reports and insights for marketing leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Use data, testing and insight to continuously optimise channels, messaging, targeting and spend.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure campaign activity supports sector plans and revenue goals.
- Ensure timely handover of leads, clarity on campaign intent, and appropriate supporting sales enablement materials.
- Manage campaign budgets, tracking spend against performance to ensure activity remains cost-effective and delivers value.
- Brief, manage and collaborate with external suppliers and partners (e.g. digital, creative, paid media agencies) where required.
- Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines, data protection requirements and internal governance standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign processes, tools and best practice across the Marketing team.
