Industry Marketing Specialist- MSP
Duties and Responsibilities
- Own demand generation activities that create qualified marketing leads (MQLs) and increase conversion to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Develop a strong understanding of target industries, customers, and market trends to support divisional growth strategies.
- Partner with software vendors and internal subject matter experts to align marketing initiatives with Aktion's go-to-market strategy.
- Coordinate campaigns, events, digital marketing, and sales enablement activities that drive pipeline growth.
- Translate complex technology solutions into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
Education and Experience:
- 3-7 years of B2B marketing experience within technology, software, SaaS, managed services, or IT services.
- Demonstrated success generating leads, supporting pipeline growth, and driving measurable marketing results.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
