MARKETING CO-OP (Spring or Summer 2027)

Job Summary

This position is 100% onsite in Erlanger, KY

Division Marketing:

These skills will be used to:

  • Support total marketing efforts at the division level.
  • Plan and execute external and internal events.
  • Aide with digital and print advertising efforts.
  • Create written content to engage and retarget customers.
  • Support ongoing email marketing efforts and monitor campaign performance.
  • Assist with ensuring the website is current and accurate.
  • Assist with coordinating content needs and gathering necessary assets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools, such as HubSpot, is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and conduct competitor research to identify trends and insights is a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrate excellent creativity, communication, and organizational skills.

Physical demands and work environment:

  • Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
  • Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
