Marketing & Communication Specialist

We're looking for a curious, creative, and proactive Junior Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our Revenue & Growth Tribe. This role combines marketing strategy, lead generation, content creation, social media management, and performance analysis to support our international growth.

What You Will Get To Do

• Contribute to marketing and growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
  
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, the company website, and other marketing channels.
  
• Manage the social media calendar and grow our online presence.
  
• Research market trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to promote our services and expertise.
  
• Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs (lead generation, website traffic, campaign performance, social media engagement, content reach, and conversion rates).
  
• Prepare regular marketing reports and dashboards, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  

Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English (French is a plus).
  
• Creative, organized, and proactive mindset.
  
• Curious, eager to learn, and passionate about digital marketing.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM or HubSpot).
  
• Experience with graphic design tools and softwares.
  
• Graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
  
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, SEO, email marketing, Analytics, marketing automation tools.
  
• Video editing skills.
  
• German language skills.
