Marketing & Communications Associate
About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Associate to join Dialectica’s Marketing & Communications team, with a primary focus on Employer Branding and content production.
In this role, you will shape the face of Dialectica, driving our employer brand strategy through compelling, high-impact storytelling. By owning the full production cycle of short-form video content—from concept and scriptwriting to filming, on-camera delivery, and editing—you will connect with our audience and bring our unique culture to life. You will also play a key role in connecting our global teams through impactful internal communications and contribute strategically to wider Marketing & Communications initiatives, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent and engaging across all touchpoints.
This is an execution-focused role for someone early in their career who is comfortable creating, writing and working on camera, and who wants to build experience across different areas of communications and marketing in a fast-growing global organisation.

- Amplify Candidate Engagement: Increase brand awareness and engagement by capturing and sharing compelling stories from recruitment events, university activations, and career fairs.
Internal Communications
- Foster Company Culture: Drive employee connection and alignment by contributing to high-quality internal newsletters and communications that keep our EMEA and APAC teams informed and engaged.
- Drive Team Cohesion: Ensure company-wide events like All Hands are impactful and well-coordinated, helping to prepare materials that clearly communicate our strategy and achievements.
- Support Internal Initiatives: Elevate the experience of internal events and culture-building initiatives by providing effective communication support across our EMEA and APAC offices.
Marketing & Communications
- Grow Our Digital Presence: Contribute to the broader success of corporate campaigns and events by providing content support that aligns with our marketing strategy.
- Create Engaging Editorial Content: Research and write blog articles, interviews and other editorial content for Dialectica’s owned channel, turning relevant topics and ideas into clear and engaging stories.
- Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Help optimize our content strategy by supporting the collection and analysis of performance data, utilizing AI-powered insights to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media, content, marketing, communications, employer branding or a related field.
- AI Fluency: Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., for content drafting, research, or data analysis) to accelerate workflows and enhance creative output.
- Short-Form Video Production: Experience creating short-form video content, including concept development, filming and editing.
- On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable appearing regularly in social content, presenting to camera and interviewing others. This is a core part of the role.
- Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn, including platform-specific formats, audience behaviour and current content trends.
- Editing Skills: Hands-on experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Canva or equivalent tools.
- Creative Judgement: Strong understanding of what makes social content perform, with good judgement around visual quality, tone, pacing and format.
- Writing: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write clearly across social media, internal communications and longer-form editorial content.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple content streams, stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ownership: Comfortable taking responsibility for a piece of work from initial brief through execution and publication.
- Teamwork: Able to work effectively with Design, Talent Acquisition, People and Marketing stakeholders across different offices and time zones.
