Marketing + Communications Coordinator
Job Description:
As a Marketing + Communications Coordinator, you will be a communications generalist who supports Marketing + Communications efforts by maintaining and developing Harris’ digital presence internally and externally through researching and implementing SEO improvements, managing our website, creating and running digital ads and managing digital listings on Google Business Profiles and Apple Maps. This role supports digital marketing initiatives, digital research and development, and supports the efforts of the entire M+C team. We are seeking a driven, diligent individual who is inquisitive, technologically savvy and detail oriented.
Digital Marketing Support:
Research and implement SEO best practices for Harris’ website.
Support the Content team in creating SEO-friendly content.
Manage and lead the creation and reporting on digital ads on social platforms, including Google and LinkedIn.
Create and manage digital listing info in Google Business Profiles and Apple Maps
Maintain, update and post to Harris’ website in WordPress.
Develop new pages for Harris’ website in WordPress.
Suggests ways of tailoring messages and delivery channels based on the targeted audience.
Digital Marketing Research Support:
Research + implement new digital marketing initiatives to continuously improve our offerings.
Research, build and update company email lists in Pardot.
Marketing + Communications Support:
Schedule + send marketing emails through Pardot.
Assist with content creation: writing and editing.
Assist in rebranding efforts when new companies are acquired.
What we're looking for in you
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, English, journalism, or related required.
2+ years of Marketing + Communications experience
2+ years of SEO experience
2+ years of content management experience (WordPress, Wix, Drupal, etc)
2+ years of digital paid advertising experience
4+ years of Microsoft Office experience
Marketing technology knowledge or experience (CRMs, email marketing platforms, social media management or marketing automation)
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Pay Range:
$24.28 - $36.42The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
