Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports Seubert & Associates, Inc.’s internal and external communications, marketing initiatives, content development, digital presence, and events. This role helps strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging and visual standards across agency communications and marketing channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Internal & External Communications
- Develop, compile, and distribute weekly employee newsletters; support external newsletters, client communications, and other agency messaging to ensure content is timely, accurate, and engaging.
Content Creation & Management
- Support the development of written, video, photographic, and graphic content, including blog articles, flyers, advertisements, client education materials, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Digital Presence & Website
- Monitor, audit, and assist with content for Seubert’s social media profiles and blog; complete routine updates and maintenance while ensuring alignment with brand voice and style guidelines.
Photography & Photo Editing
- Ability to capture high-quality photographs and edit images for use across digital, print, social media, and other marketing materials.
Video Production & Editing
- Ability to plan, capture, produce, and edit professional video content for marketing and communications purposes; proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Apple Final Cut Pro preferred.
Event Planning & Support
- Assist with planning and executing internal and external events, including logistics, vendor communication, promotional orders, event materials, and on-site support.
Brand & Document Support
- Refine and polish presentations, documents, and other collateral to maintain strong visual and written quality and consistent brand standards.
Client Deliverables & Marketing Coordination
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine internal and external marketing requests; coordinate deliverables and timelines while maintaining brand consistency and alignment with agency initiatives.
Ongoing Development
- Participate in relevant seminars, training, and professional development opportunities to strengthen marketing skills and remain current on industry trends.
- Support additional marketing, communications, and assigned agency projects.
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field required

Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License required

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft, edit, and proofread professional communications required

Photography and photo editing required

Video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or Apple Final Cut Pro) required

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat required

Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator required

Ability to interpret basic campaign performance data and reporting metrics required

Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and Canva preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot or other marketing automation platforms, Zywave applications, and basic HTML preferred
