Role Summary
The Marketing Communications Designer creates and produces the visual and written materials that support the company's marketing and sales efforts. This role owns the design and production of flyers, brochures, presentations, video content, advertisements, and newsletters, working primarily within Adobe Creative Cloud and office 365. The position combines hands-on creative execution with an understanding of brand consistency, product positioning, and target-audience communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, catalogues, product labels and product sheets, from concept to print-ready file.
• Build presentation decks (PowerPoint / InDesign) for sales, trade shows, and management use.
• Plan, shoot or source, edit, and produce short-form video content for product launches, social media, and internal communications.
• Design digital and print advertisements aligned with campaign briefs and media specifications.
• Create and distribute regular newsletters (internal and/or customer-facing), coordinating content from multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, often coordinating with external printers, translators, or agencies.
• Prepare multilingual materials and manage font/layout consistency across translated versions.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to translate technical or regulatory content into clear, visually engaging materials.
• Manage a digital asset library (images, templates, logos, brand files) for reuse across teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar design/marketing production role.
• Experience working in a B2B, technical, or industrial sector is an advantage.
• Fluid in English, especially reading & writing.
• Basic understanding of integrating Ai in the workflow.
Technical / Software
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (long documents, styles, templates).
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for graphics and image editing.
• Experience with basic video editing and motion graphics.
• Comfortable with PowerPoint for presentation design.
• Basic understanding of print production (CMYK, bleed, resolution, file preflighting).
Marketing & Communication
• Solid grasp of marketing and branding principles, including audience targeting and messaging.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills; able to adapt tone for technical, sales, or general audiences.
• Ability to translate complex or technical product information into clear, visually appealing content.
• Understanding of multi-channel campaign coordination (print, digital, social, email).
Organizational & Soft Skills
• Excellent time management; able to manage several concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly for proofreading, layout accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Good communication skills for working with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and translators.
• Creative problem-solving and a proactive, self-directed way of working.
• Team player, comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback from multiple departments.
