Marketing & Communications Executive (6-Months Contract | GOVT)

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, digital content development, and outreach activities to increase public awareness and engagement. If you have experience in marketing communications, campaign coordination, or social media content management, this could be a suitable opportunity for you.

📍 Nearest MRT: Caldecott
🕘 Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
💰 Salary: $3340/Month
📅 StartDate: Expected December 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns to increase public awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign activities and project requirements.
• Assist in developing and managing digital content across various platforms, including websites and social media channels.
• Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, outreach activities and events, including logistical arrangements and stakeholder communication.
• Manage promotional materials and outreach assets, including design and production coordination, inventory tracking, ordering and fulfilment.
• Coordinate the deployment of event assets and promotional activities, including event equipment and mascot appearances.
• Maintain relevant administrative records and systems to support daily marketing and outreach operations.
• Compile and analyze campaign performance and outreach data and assist in preparing monthly reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in marketing, communications, campaign coordination, or related functions would be an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset.
• Proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with familiarity in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
