Marketing Communications Specialist
The Marketing Communications Specialist supports the execution of DDS Lab's marketing communications strategy by developing and deploying campaigns, content, and resources that strengthen customer engagement, enhance brand awareness, and support business growth. Working closely with marketing leadership, this role coordinates and executes initiatives across email, web, social media, content, and campaign channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who takes responsibility for assigned work, manages multiple projects, and moves deliverables forward independently while remaining aligned with established strategy, priorities, and leadership direction.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, content, digital, and print channels, coordinating content, assets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Use HubSpot to execute email campaigns from audience segmentation and content development through testing, deployment, reporting and optimization.
- Manage assigned website updates, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, current, and optimized for the target audience.
- Develop and coordinate technical, educational, promotional, and strategic content, including blog posts, product messaging, customer communications, and thought leadership materials.Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, content, digital, and print channels, coordinating content, assets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

- Maintain the social media calendar and coordinate consistent, engaging, and on-brand content across DDS Lab platforms.
- Develop and maintain digital and print marketing assets that provide the sales field with timely, high-quality, and consistent resources.
- Administer the marketing request workflow, including intake, project tracking, copy review coordination, stakeholder communication, and routing for approval, based on priorities established with marketing leadership.
- Support day-to-day execution of the DDS Lab Loyalty Rewards Program, including segmentation, communications, reporting, and process improvements in partnership with marketing leadership.
- Apply DDS Lab brand standards consistently across digital, print, social media, and sales enablement materials.
- Coordinate the creative process, including submitting work requests, consolidating feedback, reviewing revisions, and routing materials for approval.
- Support product and solution launches by coordinating approved messaging, assets, timelines, and communications across relevant channels.

Collaboration & Support
- Participate in planning and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and performance insights that support marketing strategy.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support events, promotions, and campaign execution.
- Work closely with the field team to identify resource needs and deliver relevant, timely marketing support.
- Collaborate with Sales and Education to develop and deliver marketing assets that support campaign execution and field effectiveness.
- Gather feedback from the sales field, track campaign performance, and recommend opportunities to improve processes, materials, and execution consistency.
- Manage multiple assigned projects simultaneously, maintain accurate status updates, and meet established timelines.
