Marketing Content Specialist
Oversees affiliate marketing, automated marketing, and trademark keywords under the direction of the Digital Marketing Supervisor. Drives the affiliate marketing program by collaborating with our partner agency to implement strategies and report on KPIs. Supports the development of our automated marketing systems using HubSpot to develop emails, workflows, and lead magnets. Monitors all of our trademark keywords using the Brand Verity system and reports weekly on new violations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the Digital Marketing Supervisor in the creation and launch of automated email workflows, contact list generation, and development of lead magnets.
- Manages the Polynesian Cultural Center’s affiliate program through all phases, including brainstorming, launch, maintaining, marketing, reporting, optimization, and analysis.
- Monitors trademark keyword copyright infringements through the Brand Verity platform and works to resolve violations through reporting to Google and direct outreach to sales partners.
- Must be an excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Must be self-motivated with strong self-management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Must have basic computer skills including, but not limited to basic skills in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Must be an expert and fluent in writing, speaking and reading English.
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work well with others in a multi-cultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have some product management experience, other image platforms for creating graphics, and an understanding of retail inventory systems.
Be a high school graduate or the equivalent.
Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Communication, Graphic Design preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (19 Hours per week)
