Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Marketing Coordinator for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Insurance Services clients in REMOTE, EST hours.

Overview: National marketing demand creation programs are a key source of revenue influence across existing and new clients. The tactical support resource will work in conjunction with practice marketers to handle the day-to-day task management of projects. Update and maintain project tracking spreadsheets and campaign calendars. This role will require training and operational knowledge of Wrike and Smartsheet as key platforms.
Responsibilities:

• Support webinar requests including managing day-of logistics for webcasts using ON24
• Interface with internal clients to develop and manage edits for assets
• Day-to-day project management
• Oversee project requests in Wrike
• Manage invoicing and budget tracking
• Maintain campaign calendars
• Pull analytics from different sources
• Manage project tracking spreadsheets
• Report on project status at weekly team call
• OFT development
• MPower lead management support

Required Skills:

• 2+ years experience
• Project management experience
• Any experience with a project management system
• Experience with a CRM system
• Experience with outlook
• Intermediate excel skills
• Manage multiple tasks at once
• Well organized
• Excellent communicator
• High Energy
• Well versed in MS Office suite
• Become familiar with Wrike (project management platform), MPower (CRM system), Power BI (analytics platform), ON24 (webinar platform) and Adobe AEM (OFT software).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with a project management system (Wrike preferred)
