Marketing Coordinator (6 Months Contract) (Insurance Company) #NKC

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Track project timelines, deadlines and campaign progress.

Assist with email marketing campaigns, including setup, testing and scheduling.

Create and update basic marketing materials such as social media graphics, email banners and presentations using existing templates.

Support event, webinar and marketing activity coordination.

Assist with procurement, purchase orders and invoice tracking.

Prepare marketing reports, presentations and campaign summaries.

Perform other ad-hoc marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
