Marketing Coordinator - 6 Months Contract - up to SGD5k

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support campaign execution and driver engagement within the mobility portfolio. This role will focus on planning and delivering integrated marketing initiatives, crafting impactful communications, and collaborating across teams to strengthen brand connection and drive service adoption. The coordinator will also analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies, ensuring campaigns are both effective and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives aimed at both consumer and driver audiences, ensuring they are fully aligned with overall business objectives.
• Create impactful communications and content that foster trust, loyalty, and engagement.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive user acquisition and elevate brand perception.
• Monitor campaign outcomes, track ROI, and apply insights to refine strategies using a test‑and‑learn approach.
• Ensure smooth collaboration across Creative, Partnerships, and other teams to deliver campaigns effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Solid exposure to both ATL and BTL Marketing, with strong familiarity with Singapore’s media landscape.
• Skilled in interpreting digital metrics and applying insights to improve outcomes.
• Strong ideation skills with the ability to manage the creative process and deliver effective campaign concepts.
• Excellent proficiency in crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
• Proactive and resilient in dynamic environments, energized by new challenges.
