Marketing Coordinator
- To assist the Marketing Manager with all marketing related business needs Events, socials, website, branding and PR. Liaising with industry publications regarding our business news.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Working alongside content creator to present ideas for sharing on social media platforms to Marketing Manager
- Assist and co-ordinate marketing campaigns
- Suggest possible ideas and actions for execution within the Marketing department
- Present draft PR articles to Marketing Manager for review and implementation
- Maintain up to date information on website, ie. New projects, company news and senior management details
- Suggest new ideas for promotions, events and campaigns to appeal and attract selected target markets
- Ensure below the line communication with customers such as mailers, SMS, emails are approved by all relevant parties and sent within the agreed timelines
- Monitor overall effectiveness of marketing posts via the various platforms and other marketing- related activities through analytics etc. Prepare analysis reports, including possible suggestions and feedback on results
- Review and update marketing strategy report through the year with the Marketing Manager and present to CEO on a quarterly basis
Education/Certification and Continued Education
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce with tertiary qualifications in Marketing
Years of Experience
- 2 - 3 years experience in a relevant field

- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Assertive and confident personality
- Methodical and organized approach with deadline achievement essential
- Computer literate
