Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Health, or a related field preferred
- The ability to relate with effectiveness to the public, the patient, and the health care providers of the health center; The ability to effectively perform several duties of the medical office, the ability to organize and achieve goals in a hectic setting, the ability to perform basic mathematical functions consistently and correctly.

The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Project Manager and is responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing programs to improve and increase the awareness of the organization’s brand, services, and relationships with corporate and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing jobs and campaigns to ensure deadlines are met.
- Work with Marketing Project Manager and other key personnel to communicate development needs and areas of focus to improve brand and service awareness.
- Coordinate business development activities with specific clinics and communities to increase awareness and opportunities.
- Maintain a marketing database of community and corporate supporters for the purposes of maintaining a current invitation list for events, newsletters, or fundraising activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to all vendors, community partners, and employees of Arcare.
- Serve as a spokesperson for Arcare and its related entities.
- Prepare timelines and ensure that all marketing projects are carried out as smoothly as possible and delivered on time without compromising quality.
- Develop and maintain project files and other similar documentation within the marketing team, including but not limited to logging and tracking charts and instructions.
- Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordination of marketing projects and activities as requested.
- Act as branding champion for Arcare and its family of companies.
- Help coordinate meetings, trade shows, and community events or other events as defined by leadership by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments for events; designing and ordering promotion materials for events; coordinating mailing lists; set up and tear down of events.
- Continually seeking and researching innovative marketing avenues.
- Assist the Marketing Project Manager and team as needed in other related activities.
- Honest and diligent approach to working with the marketing team and all Arcare employees under the direction of the Marketing Project Manager.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well-organized and self-motivated.
- Good command of verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.

Loan Repayment Opportunities
Many Arcare locations serve medically underserved communities. Eligible clinical team members may qualify for federal loan repayment programs through HRSA, including the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program and the Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program. Eligibility and award approval are determined by HRSA based on role, location, discipline, and program requirements.
