Marketing Coordinator
POSTION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day marketing support across multiple Business Units. This role is responsible for managing marketing request intake, coordinating project workflows, supporting content and collateral updates, and ensuring marketing initiatives move efficiently through established approval and production processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining responsiveness to Business Unit marketing needs while supporting the Marketing team's overall effectiveness and strategic focus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Marketing Request Management
Serve as the first point of contact for Business Unit marketing requests.
Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of marketing requests.
Gather project requirements and ensure requests are routed appropriately.
Communicate timelines, expectations, and status updates to stakeholders.
Project Coordination
Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities across multiple Business Units.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, vendors, and marketing team members.
Marketing Collateral Support
Make routine updates and edits to marketing collateral, presentations, flyers, brochures, and other approved materials.
Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials.
Support brand consistency by ensuring materials adhere to established guidelines.
Communications & Messaging Support
Manage recurring communications, highlights, newsletters, announcements, and other routine messaging initiatives.
Assist with drafting, formatting, and distributing internal and external communications.
Coordinate content calendars and scheduled communications.
Vendor & Order Coordination
Process marketing-related purchase requests and order placements.
Coordinate with vendors, printers, and promotional product suppliers.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Administrative & Process Support
Maintain organized files, marketing assets, and project records.
Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
Assist with reporting, tracking, and other departmental administrative tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred
Experience with marketing project management platforms.
Familiarity with graphic design and content management tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Experience coordinating communications or marketing campaigns.
Understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
