Marketing Coordinator

The job of Marketing Coordinator is done for the purpose/s of supporting the organization’s marketing and communications efforts under the supervision of the Marketing Director, providing coordination and administrative support for marketing programs, events, and campaigns; managing marketing assets and collateral; and assisting with brand compliance and vendor relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Photography and content gathering
• Community event coordination
• Sponsorship administration
• Marketing collateral management
• Apparel and promotional item management
• Vendor coordination (non-agency vendors)
• Collecting content for newsletters and campaigns
• Managing internal marketing requests
• Trade show and event logistics
• Brand compliance checks
• Administrative support for marketing projects
