We connect high school students involved in special education with local businesses where they learn workplace expectations, build confidence, and take important first steps toward independence.
Job Summary
Work Ready is seeking a professional, passionate person to expand our network of employer partners in the Ft Worth and Dallas areas. Job responsibilities include meeting with employers to discuss short-term, cost-free 12-week internships for our students.
Requirements
- Willingness to market businesses throughout the DFW area.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and work from a home office.
- Strong communication skills and confidence to approach businesses.
- Motivated by a commission pay plan based on results.
- Availability during standard business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing or sales.
- Background in human services or vocational rehabilitation.
