Description

You'll work across multiple marketing disciplines, gaining hands-on experience in how a high-growth B2B technology company builds awareness, generates demand, and brings new products to market.

What You’ll Do

  • Support marketing campaigns: Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, and other channels. Keep projects organized, track deliverables, and make sure things get done on time.
  • Help execute events: Support the planning and execution of conferences, customer events, executive dinners, and developer meetups. Assist with logistics, vendors, registrations, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate content and creative projects: Work with our revenue marketing, events, product marketing, and design teams to help manage production schedules, collect feedback, organize assets, and ensure deliverables are completed.
  • Support marketing operations: Help maintain campaign calendars, update marketing systems, organize contact lists, track activities, and keep information accurate and accessible.
  • Support marketing budget operations: Track marketing expenses, manage purchase orders, process invoices, and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Assist with social media and communications: Help coordinate social posts, product announcements, newsletters, and other marketing communications.
  • Track results and reporting: Assist with collecting campaign data, preparing reports, and helping the team understand what's working and what needs improvement.
  • Work across the marketing team: Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Events, DevRel, Design, and other teams to support projects and keep initiatives moving.
  • Take ownership of projects: As you learn the business, take responsibility for smaller marketing initiatives from start to finish, identifying problems, finding solutions, and driving execution.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, such as Stanford, UC Berkeley, or a similarly rigorous institution.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience. Marketing experience, particularly in technology, is a plus but not required.
  • Drive and ambition: You're highly motivated, competitive, and have a demonstrated track record of excelling in challenging environments. You set high standards for yourself without needing someone to push you.
  • Strong work ethic: You're willing to put in the extra effort when needed, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and take pride in getting things done.
  • Intellectual curiosity: You're a fast learner who asks good questions, seeks out new challenges, and actively looks for opportunities to contribute.
  • Exceptional organization: You're highly detail-oriented and can juggle multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Communication skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Technical aptitude: You're comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools. Exposure to software engineering, coding, or technical projects is a strong plus.
  • Independent execution: You take initiative, solve problems, and move work forward without needing constant direction, while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Location: Must be able to work full-time from our San Francisco office, five days per week.
