The Collier Companies is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team in Gainesville, Florida.
This role is the engine behind day-to-day marketing execution across our portfolio of apartment communities and corporate initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will help turn marketing strategies into action by managing requests, coordinating projects, creating marketing materials, maintaining digital content, supporting campaigns and events, and keeping the team organized and moving forward.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and can confidently move between creative projects, administrative tasks, digital platforms, and property-level marketing needs.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing and broader marketing team, as well as property teams, vendors, and other internal departments.
