Marketing Coordinator
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to help shape the visibility and engagement of our three dynamic brands. In this hands-on role, you'll work collaboratively across departments to deliver marketing initiatives that communicate a consistent brand message, engage our audience, tell compelling brand stories, and drive results.
This role would suit a fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety in their day, and brings both creative flair and analytical sharpness to the table.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media and events, including creating marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
- Create and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and identify relevant trends and opportunities.
- Support the execution of email marketing and targeted campaigns across multiple channels for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Maintain website and social media content, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, conferences and exhibitions, including preparation and on-the-day activities.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and report on outcomes with actionable insights.

- Qualification in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to follow through on assigned work and seek guidance when required.
- Curious and resourceful individual who can identify challenges, research options and suggest practical solutions.
- Organised and dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A clear and confident communicator with a creative and outgoing approach, and a passion for digital marketing, content and events.
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience with Google Analytics and marketing reporting.
- Experience creating EDM campaigns through CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Klaviyo or digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft).
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Exposure to B2B and/or B2C customers.
- This is a full-time, 5 days per week office-based role located in Silverwater, NSW.
